The Hyundai Inster, based on the Casper small SUV, features a striking, futuristic design tailored for city driving. Its compact size makes it perfect for maneuvering through urban landscapes, while the extended body and wheelbase provide additional interior space and a robust road presence. The Inster’s exterior is distinguished by strong fenders, a high-tech circuit board-style bumper, and a bold skid plate. LED daytime running lights, pixel-graphic turn signals, and stylish tail lamps enhance its modern appearance. Customers can personalize their Inster with options such as LED projection headlamps and a two-tone exterior with a contrasting black roof.

Charging is efficient, with the Inster capable of reaching 80 percent charge in about 30 minutes using a DC high-power charging station. The vehicle also includes an 11 kW on-board charger, a battery heating system, and a high-efficiency heat pump. The Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality allows users to power or charge external devices, making the Inster a versatile companion for urban adventures.

Safety is a top priority for Hyundai, and the Inster is equipped with a comprehensive suite of driver assistance features. Global Launch and Future Prospects
Hyundai plans to launch the Inster first in Korea, followed by releases in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. While the Inster itself is not slated for the Indian market, Hyundai is developing the Inster-based Exter EV, which is expected to compete with the Tata Punch EV in 2025.
