Simple Energy has expanded its electric two-wheeler lineup with the launch of the Simple OneS, an affordable yet high-performance electric scooter. Priced at ₹1,39,999 (ex-showroom), the OneS comes in as a strong contender in India’s growing EV market.
Performance and Features
The Simple OneS is powered by an 8.5 kW PMSM motor and a 3.7 kWh fixed battery, delivering an impressive IDC range of 181 km. With a top speed of 105 km/h and 0-40 km/h acceleration in just 2.55 seconds (Sonic mode), it is one of the quickest scooters in its class. Riders can choose from four riding modes – Eco, Ride, Dash, and Sonic – for a customized riding experience.

The scooter retains the stylish design of its predecessor, the Simple Dot One, but brings better performance, improved intelligence, and enhanced convenience. It features a 7-inch touchscreen display with 5G e-SIM, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, turn-by-turn navigation, and app integration. Other notable features include Find My Vehicle, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), Park Assist (with forward and reverse movement), and regenerative braking for a safer, more efficient ride.
Availability and Future Plans
The Simple OneS is available across 15 showrooms in cities like Bangalore, Goa, Pune, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Vizag, and Kochi. Simple Energy aims to expand its retail presence with 150 new stores and 200 service centers across India by FY 2026.
With the launch of the OneS, Simple Energy has discontinued the Dot One, streamlining its lineup to focus on premium, high-performance EVs. The company is also working towards nationwide expansion across 23 states, reinforcing its commitment to making smart, sustainable mobility accessible to all.
